We possess over 70 sets of diverse machinery, including 4 large CNC gantry boring and milling machines, H and V CNC centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinders, laser cutting machines and the like. Additionally, there are 30 sets of cranes.This elaborate configuration ensures that each production stage proceeds smoothly and systematically in accordance with the process flow. Particularly, the fixed-beam CNC gantry boring and milling machine is capable of handling large work pieces with a width reaching up to 4.5 meters, a depth extending up to 10 meters, and a height of 1.5 meters. This machine is a remarkable demonstration of our production capabilities, ensuring that we have the ability to produce 1800mm skin-pass mills and 1450mm rolling mill. The single piece weight up to 80 tons.
We have established a comprehensive quality management system. Starting from the design source, it supervises the entire production cycle, including design, procurement, processing, assembly, in-factory testing, installation, and online commissioning. The workshop is equipped with measuring tools like vernier calipers, spectrometers, hardness testers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors. They are used to check materials and control tolerances to ensure the final equipment meets or exceeds requirements.All products have a unique code This enables easy identification and traceability of the equipment components and ensures full control of quality.
